Gem by name, gem by nature
There is so much that could be said about this amazing gem of a hotel but within this one I will only mention the most important; the staff. They are truly amazing. Helpful, friendly, professional, supporting and most of all they have the ability to become part of your family whilst away from home. The duty managers are brilliant, the front of house superb. Thank you again to everyone of you and I look forward to many excellent stays at my home from home in 2022

Nice stay!
Lovely hotel in a decent location. Most impressive was the size of the room, particularly by London standards. Staff were both lovely and helpful. Price was reasonable for London but in terms of value I rated 3 that’s because of London and not this hotel which was great. Our room wasn’t ready on time but we were given complimentary drinks in the comfortable lounge area whilst we waited. Breakfast had everything expected without going over the top. Simple and tasty. Reception staff and breakfast staff deserve praise, nice and professional.

Superb
Excellent quality hotel in a very convenient location just a few minutes walk from Great Portland Street tube station and 20 minutes walk from Oxford Street. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was large with a separate sofa and well equipped and spotless bathroom. We were on the 4th floor and it was very quiet. We would recommend and definitely stay here again ourselves.

Yes I would.The rooms were clean,warm,good food and 5/5 for staff service.i cant give enough credited to the breakfast team.Service was next to none.
