Very convenient location
Nice welcome at reception and after a short delay we were checked in early since we paid extra for this benefit. The room was larger than expected for this location and it was very clean, especially the bathroom. Our breakfast was sufficient with good choices apart from bread/baked goods which were quite limited to plain sliced bread. I think this could be improved without huge additional cost to the hotel. The dining room staff were also very welcoming and polite during breakfast service. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from Euston which was why we chose this one and it was also quiet during the night. Thank you to all the staff.

Excellent Hotel with fabulous staff
This was my first visit but I would definitely stay again. The staff are all fantastic. Next I will book a walk in shower as that was my only problem.

Excellent service, location and value in Central L
Thank you for your kind and attentionate staff, particularly the ladies in the beakfast room, always smiling and efficient, despite a clearly busy weekend. Thank you for accomodating my wife and me again in a room on the 4th floor. We really enjoy the size of the room and bathroom with windows, as well as how quiet it is up there.
