It's our new London go to.
As a central London location we were extremely pleased with the size of our room. My wife and I were impressed with the facilities, especially the shower, rea and coffee, proper size bed, and so on. Every member of staff were so helpful, efficient, and friendly. The only reason not to give 5 star is a small problem with access to the restaurant for anyone in a wheelchair, as is my wife. Fortunately she can manage a few steps so we coped. This is not a new building and I'm not sure how to avoid the 2 steps down and 2 steps steps up. Access to the front is via steps, but the hotel has thoughtfully installed a pavement lift which is available by prior telephone call. We would not hesitate to use this hotel again. Our new London go to. Thank you The Gem.
