All staff were helpful, excellent service

Great Stay
I recommend this hotel thoroughly. Situated in a quiet street, yet in a central location, ideal for shopping/eating out. The rooms were comfy and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel at a great location
The hotel gave us all we needed for an extended stay in London. A safe, comfortable, clean and quiet room at a great location within easy walking distance of several tube stations and Oxford Road. The breakfast was superb, more a British breakfast than continental. The staff friendliness and service minded attitude in all matters was a great bonus. Only point of possible improvement: The bar should be able to offer nuts or crisps with the drinks.

Great service, location and bedroom
Check in was professional and quick - gentleman who looked after me was very pleasant Bedroom was large, clean and of good quality. Bathroom was lovely Within walking distance to a variety of bars/restaurants/coffee shops Did not have breakfast so cannot comment I will definitely stay again if in the area
