Very enjoyable stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fitzrovia. The location was excellent for our purposes. The service provided by the extremely helpful staff was could not have been better. We very much appreciated the complimentary room upgrade and welcome drink. One lift being out of order was the only small blemish on an otherwise perfect stay. We would have no hesitation in staying at the Fitzrovia again ( or booking another GEM hotel) or recommending the hotel to friends. Regards JA Brown

Fab Hotel
Great location .. Room great - everything what’s needed in your room is great .. very clean .. staff so friendly .. breakfast was ideal .. stayed for 2 nights .. found Regent Park Tube station ideal easier to use .. I was recommended this hotel by friends and I will be recommending it too and look forward returning to stay whenever I return to visit London (hopefully soon)
