I have stayed several times, and probably will have to again at some point. I have had several hospital appointments to attend, and will have more in the near future. The price I have paid has been very helpful to me and the rooms have always been peaceful.

Lovely hotel, well located for our needs. Great value for money & everything was clean & staff were professional and friendly. Only had one issue was that the restaurant was shut due to carpet being laid so we ate our booked meal in our room. Whilst lovely would have been nice to have known in advance so we could have planned diffferently as no table or chairs in room meant eating if our laps.

We enjoyed our 7 night stay very much. Despite refurbishment being undertaken at the hotel, this did not interfere with our overall enjoyment.

Great London stay
Excellent room- brand new bathrooms spanking clean and well equiped. Bed a bit firm for my liking. Memory foam mattresses would make it so much better! Lovely friendly and helpful young staff - particularly at breakfast. Shame one of the lifts was out of action all weekend
