Excellent Stay
Booked 2 Superior doubles and one executive. Both rooms were perfect in size, comfort, cleanliness and facilities. Staff are so friendly and helpful and made our stay welcoming. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. We found the location excellent just a few minutes to Great Portland Street underground to anywhere in London. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality on offer at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean: the bathroom, though smallish was very modern and well stocked. The breakfast was excellent and well worth any extra supplements. And all the staff in their different roles were always pleasant and courteous.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful hotel, clean well equipped rooms, with staff willing to help at every turn. Special mention to breakfast staff, makes a stay so much better when every morning starts with a welcoming smile and such willingness to help. Great location, easy walk to Piccadilly Circus , Leicester Sq, plenty of local bars, restaurants nearby, with a 5 min walk to underground stations.

Good find!
A last minute booking here, greated by friendly staff and a spacious leather clad seated foyer. The glass lift took us to our air conditioned room..... Despite previous comments these work!... Lovely comfortable bed. Great bathroom, nice big towels daily and toiletries. Walking distance from Oxford circus and Covent garden. Ample restaurants and coffee shops near. This was perfect for a couple of nights away to catch a show. Many thanks! A total gem x

Comfortable London hotel
Really pleasant hotel with very attentive staff and at a very reasonable rate. Hotel in a good location with Great Portland Street or Warren Street Underground nearby making access to all London has to offer visitors very easy.

Enjoyable stay overall
We enjoyed our stay overall! The Fitzrovia Hotel is very comfortable and a short walk to Regent’s Park, Oxford Street and Baker Street. A few things would be nice to improve upon: restaurant staff were all friendly but it would be helpful for them to be confident to give guest instructions at breakfast of where to sit, it’s a help yourself to the buffet and tea and coffee will be brought round. We were slightly confused at first and had to guess ourselves. Also, please put on some soft jazz or instrumental music to be played in the restaurant to create an inviting atmosphere. We had an evening meal which was awkwardly quiet and could really use a bit more background noise. It’s not a must have, but adding some planter boxes with some lovely plants around the front of the entrance and outside the restaurant would really make the hotel more inviting.
