Great staff
Fantastic staff Cleanliness of the hotel top marks however on a previous stay we had a fridge in our room but after inquiring at the main reception they informed me that they did not offer this service any more ( pity) as it helps to keep your beverage cool in a warm room Also we had a Cream tea organised for a pre arranged time we arrived ten minutes beforehand but was not served till 15 minutes after the time slot so really we were waiting around for 25 minutes plus the clotted cream was rather liquified I inquired about this and they informed me it was clotted but in my opinion it wasn’t I little bit of a let down on a otherwise good stay.

Our stay Feb 2025
It was a big pleasure to stay a Fitzrovia Hotel. Located optimally, we had access to all relevant destinations within short time (regents park, Oxford street, Baker Street, exmouth market, china town and Camden Town) We enjoyed our Cream Tea at the arrival day und each day we had a good variation of food for breakfast. The stuff was very polite and helpful. We felt welcome at any time Thank you
